El hecho de que el Presidente electo, Fernando Lugo, optara por entrevistas en televisión para anunciar a los primeros ministros de su gabinete, puede que sea una mera eventualidad, algo totalmente circunstancial, sin connotación específica alguna.
Mas no es un detalle menor. Lugo pudo haber llamado una conferencia de prensa para revelar lo de Dionisio Borda como ministro de Hacienda y lo del general Luis Bareiro Spaini en Defensa. Sin embargo, la primera notificación la hizo en la despedida de El Veredicto, de Luis Bareiro, y la segunda, en el programa de Germán Martínez Vierci.
Percibo algo en esa actitud. Lugo estuvo allí solo ante un periodista y miles de televidentes y emitió su mensaje: yo los elegí y yo los anuncio.
